By purchasing art services/designs from Papu you are automatically agreeing to the following terms.

General
You cannot trace or copy any of my artwork.Commissions are closed unless I stated otherwise, so please check my commission journal's status before asking!Please only order if you are ready to pay and have the money availablePlease do not back off if you have already ordered

Artist
I have the right to all copyrights of my artworks. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless the commissioner requested privacy.I have the right to decline any commission request.Request for refund is not available. Sorry!

Commissioner
Commissioner has the right to post/re-upload their commission wherever as long as they credit me.Commissioner cannot claim their commissioned artwork as their own.
Commissioner cannot edit their commissioned artwork unless permission was given.Commissioners are allowed to print the commission, make a phone case out of it, etc. if it's for personal use only!
Commissioner cannot use their commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.Please save the files by your own in case I lose them
Payment
I only accept Deviantart point or USD via PayPal as payment.Full payment must be paid in order for me to start on the commission.

Process
I will send sketches of said commission via DA Chat/ Twitter or through Discord if suggested. ( my discord is Tín#3905 ). Large edits are allowed during this stage.After the sketch has been confirmed for finalizing, only small edits can be made after thisCommission takes around 1 week - 2 months to complete once I started on your said commission, I will notify you of any delay.Once the commission is done, full-resolution PNG sta.sh files or google drive file will be sent through DA Chat/ Twitter or Discord.
